Personally I preferred "GHOST..." with an equally good cast led by Sir Cedric Hardwicke and Bela and Lionel and that great horror heroine Evelyn Ankers. Basil Rathbone, who famously appeared as Sherlock Holmes in the classic films, appears here and Bela Lugosi also, in one of his best roles, as Ygor, the mad shepherd and friend of the monster.
